These are our two main delivery services.

How long does shipping take?

We try our best to ship your orders in 1-2 days after ordering.

Then, it all depends on your location - to EU, our packages usually arrive in 2-7 days.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your package value or weight.

You can check the exact costs to your destination in the checkout process before ordering.

We offer free shipping above a certain value and/or weight of package.

 

RETURNS

How do our returns work?

The buyer has the right to resign from the contract with polonapolona.com in writing within 14 days after delivery of goods.

Namely by e-mail at hello@polonapolona.com.
Please fill the return form and attach it to your email to receive an approvement of return from Seller.
Buyer has to send his returning items by regular/registerred post, together with the return form and a copy of the original bill, to the following address:

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, unchanged and in the original packaging.

Buyer covers the return shipping costs.

After the receipt of returned goods, PolonaPolona d.o.o. refunds purchase amount (in 5 business days), reduced by the initial shipping costs.
